“GOOGLE UPLOADED MATTER BY THE HINDU ABOUT OUR INSTITUTION”

Some students have been complaining frequently with us and also requested to remove the message uploaded on Google Page by “The Hindu” about our Institution like “Fake Varsity Sealed after Operating for 12 years”.

As a Chairman of the Institution I would like to explain you that the Google uploaded matters by “The Hindu” about our Institution are just news which was held on that day on 10.01.2019 and published by them. Actually it is just news which has been published by various Daily Papers, TV’s and YouTube. But we are all known well it is not a fact one. News published was fact but the matter in the news is incorrect one. They published the news given by the department officials, which is not the media people’s intention or Health Department official’s interest. Actually this incident was happened through a false complaint which was made by a (Politician) Medical Man due to professional jealousy.

Some members are requesting me to take steps to remove the uploaded matter / message / news on Google Page by “The Hindu”. All of you know one thing, on that day our institution was sealed mistakenly and unlawfully by the Police officials by the illegal activities of Health authorities, so many daily News Papers, TV’s and even in YouTube have been published this news as an occurrence. But the published papers are all still being in any one hand, libraries and here and there. How we can ruin it all or get rid of them. Like that the Google uploaded matter by “The Hindu” is just news on that day which reveals the incident that what was happened on that day not the today matter that’s all.

That message was not expose the continuous incidents of our institution. It tells the matter on that day the old one. We couldn’t destroy or hidden the incident which was happened on that day through the removal of the uploading matter by “The Hindu” on Google Page. To solve this problem “The Hindu” must publish again the reopened news. For that our institute case must come to final but our case is still pending. After that we can give pressure to them to remove the old one or give fresh news about reopened.

You are all hereby requested to search the current status and situation of our Institution to know what is going on now a days. After that our Institution Head approached the concerned Court and the concerned Court perused our documents provided by us and passed an order Crmp. No. 878/2019 on 28.03.2019 to the relevant officials to unseal the premises of Institution and returned all properties seized by them. Then the respondent officials removed the seal of our institution on 03.04.2019. After those days our institution is functioning as usual. That is why you are all kindly requested to avoid seeing the news and not to give importance to that matter published by them on Google Page. Already we have sent representation and legal notice to the ‘The Hindu’ authorities to remove the news from the Google Page. But no response from there. We are waiting for suitable time to file both criminal and civil suit against “The Hindu” magazine.

On the same time Police officials has not yet been ready to file the charge sheet, because they are in fear of the case final. In the meanwhile we have moved this matter to Hon’ble Madras High Court to quash this Case, essential works are under process. Due to Covid – 19 Physical Courts are not functioning only video conference court is going. Wait for some time to solve all our problems very soon.
Good and Best Things will be happened in this prosperous New Year 2021. Be with us as a part of our institution, Stay with us Safe, Be Clean of your Hands and Foot and Swear Mask carefully and compulsorily. Stay home and avoid unnecessary events, meetings, tours and trips etc.,

Respected Sir,

The Alterative Medical Institutions of “National Board of Alternative Medicines” (NBAM) and “Open International University for Alternative Medicines” (OIUAM) are located at Kuttalam, Nagapattinam Dist, Tamil Nadu, South India. They had been closed and sealed by the Tamil Nadu Health Authorities in the presence of Revenue and Police officials on 10th January 2019. They told the reason for that those institutions were running without recognitions from the state and central government authorities.

At that time of occurrence ‘The Hindu’ Magazine had been published and uploaded the news in the Google Page by the Reporter Mr. C. Jaisankar, Nagapattinam on January 11, 2019 at 01.28 IST in the name of Title of “FAKE VARSITY SEALED AFTER OPERATING FOR 12 YEARS”.

Now the institutions were opened by a court order and is functioning as usual. Several members from various places of our institute are complaining to us that the news uploaded by The Hindu Daily in Google page is disturbing to do their practice and feeling guilty of holding our institutional certificates by the news which is visible in Google page while one is going to search the Institute details on Google page. Hence I requested you to remove the news uploaded in Google page.

For your more information :

The National Board of Alternative Medicines (NBAM) President Dr.T. Selvaraj had been approached and filled an interim petition in the Hon’ble Judicial Magistrate Court No. 1, Mayiladuthurai on 25th March 2019 to remove the seal and open the institutions and pass orders within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court on the same and issue such further or other orders or directions deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

After peruse the submitted records by the institutions the Hon’ble Judicial Magistrate Court No. 1, Mayiladuthurai had been ordered on 28th March to the concern Police and Revenue officials to remove the seal and open the institution immediately and also ordered to return all the ceased properties to us. As per the court order the Revenue and Police officials opened our institutions and returned to us all of our properties which those were in the police custody on 03rd April 2014. National Board of Alternative Medicines (NBAM) and Open International University for Alternative Medicines (OIUAM) both are functioning as usual.

Hereby as a President of those Institution I requested you to remove the news from the Google page. I shall be highly thankful if you help us in this situation. And kindly requested you to inform us the details of removing that news.

Under the instructions from Dr. T. Selvaraj, Ptresident, National Board of Alternative Medicines, 60. Mela Chetty Street, Kuttalam, Nagapattinam District the following notice is issued to you.

My client is running Medical Institutions by name “National Board of Alternative Medicines” and “Open International University for Alternative Medicines” in the above address. The same was temporarily sealed by the Tamil Nadu Health Authorities on 10.01.2019 for the reason the same running without recognitions from the State and Central Government. On 11.01.2019 in your “The Hindu” paper you have published as in the name of title of “Fake varsity sealed after operating for 12 years” and also published and uploaded in the Google page. Then my client moved the Judicial Magistrate court No. 1, Mayiladuthurai in crmp. 878/2019 on 28.03.2019. Now institutions are running as usual. The members from various places of my client institutions are complaining the news uploaded in your Hindu in Google Page is disturbing for their regular Practice.

If any person search about the institution details on Google Page your news dated 11.01.2019 “Fake varsity sealed after operating for 12 years” is available even today.

This news affects my client institution and his reputation and also gives mental agony. My client also sent a letter to you on 15.11.2019 to remove the same from the Google.

By this notice you are hereby called upon to remove the same from the Google and if my clients demand is not complied, suitable legal action will be taken both in civil and criminal through court of law and you will be held liable for the costs and consequences arising thereon.

For the mental agony of my client and reputation damages suit will also be filled by my client against you in future.
